  Non-Executive Director & Chairman
Bruce was appointed a Director in 1999. Bruce’s career spans 20 years across various fields in the entertainment industry including cinema exhibition and television production. He is currently Chairman of the privately held Bickham Court Group of Companies whose activities involve a diversified investment portfolio.
     
    Gary Perlstein  B. Bus (UTS)
Non-Executive Director
Gary was appointed a Director in 1999. Gary co-founded the Specialty Fashion Group (ASX: SFH) in 1993. The company operates 814 retail sites across Australia. Gary was appointed CEO in October 2003. He has 16 years retailing experience in Australia. 
     
    Darryl Jackson  B. Bus (UTS) CA
General Manager – Group
Darryl has 15 years experience across a range of industries both in Australia and the UK. Most recently, he led the establishment of Remedies Products, specialising in contracts with multinational pharmaceutical companies for the production of over-the-counter (OTC) products for the convenience sector.  Prior to that, Darryl worked as CEO for a venture capital backed software company. His experience also extends to establishing the Australian operation for a NASDAQ listed consultancy group specialising in retail category profit improvement. Darryl qualified as a Chartered Accountant whilst working in the Manufacturing Quality Assurance Division of Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). His major clients included Johnson & Johnson, James Hardie, Sega and Janssen-Cilag Australia.
     
    Lyndon Catzel B. Ec (Syd) CA
Head of Operations – Group
Lyndon has a range of experience in the manufacturing, IT and banking sectors.  In addition to establishing Remedies Products, Lyndon worked in the Audit Division at Deloitte where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Specialising in internal compliance, his major clients included CSR, Nortel Networks and Tomen. Lyndon is responsible for overseeing the Finance, IT and Quality Assurance functions at the Remedies Group.
